Briggett Carter from Busey Bank will present "Fraud in 2025: Emerging Scams & How to Stay Ahead, covering the latest fraud trends and what businesses can do to stay protected" on Wednesday, March 12th from 1:55 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. through Zoom. This seminar is for PCBA members only and is FREE! 

Topics include:
  • The newest fraud threats, including ACH & check fraud, business email compromise (BEC), and vendor email compromise (VEC).
  • How fraudsters are targeting businesses with spoofed calls, phishing emails, and fake payment requests.
  • Key fraud prevention strategies like dual authorization, Positive Pay, and employee training.
  • Ways to strengthen security with IT protections and fraud detection tools.
This seminar will be for 1 hour of general CLE credit.
